    Yes, we provide free WIFI for our guests in all of our buildings.
  2. Why do prices vary?
    Our system for rates works similarly to that of flight reservations, meaning it depends on demand. This is a savings advantage for those who plan their holidays in advance. Furthermore, you can also take advantage of lower rates for your trip to Valencia during quieter periods.
  3. Why can I book on other channels?
    You can directly book by contacting our team via email or by calling our offices. We offer personalised quotes.
  4. Are water, light and electricity costs covered in the rates?
    Yes, all water, light and electricity costs are covered in the rates; this way there are no surprises. We would like to be as transparent with you as possible.
  5. Are pets allowed?
    Unfortunately , no. Due to risk of allergies of other guests and possible damage to the flats, pets are strictly prohibited.
  6. Is a cleaning service included?
    Yes. A cleaning service is provided daily from Monday to Saturday. There is no service on Sunday.
  7. Is there a hair dryer?
    Yes. Flats at Citizentral Juristas and Gascons have a hair dryer.
  8. Can I check out of the flat at a later time?
    The check out limit is 12:00. This information is also included in your booking confirmation.
    In exceptional cases, the check out time can be pushed back if requested in advance.
    A late check out can not be guaranteed as other guests may be arriving the same day.
    Please keep in mind that checking out late will incur a fine of an extra night.

  9. Should I bring bedsheets or towels?
    It is not necessary; all linen is provided in our flats. We change the bedsheets on a weekly basis, and the towels every other day.
  10. Is it possible to request a cot or a highchair?
    Yes, a cot is available in almost all flats at an extra cost, subject to availability. You can request one when making your booking.
